    I just heard the funniest line on my car radio while listening to KNBR (Sports Radio/ESPN in SF), and there's no place to put it but here:

    Q: What do Billy Graham and the 49ers have in common?

    A: They can both cause a whole stadium full of people to stand up and shout, "Jesus Christ"!

    Here's to hoping! It should be an interesting game - Sydney Rice only needs 2 touchdowns to break the single-season Freshman receiving record. My cousin went to Mizzou, so it'll be fun to have someone to pull against.

    I didn't know that's how bad it was getting in Fayetteville - I thought Nutt was pretty secure there. They should've won that LSU game Thanksgiving weekend.

    As far as the BCS goes, it finally worked, but I still think it's time for a playoff system. I have a ticket for the Orange Bowl, so I will probably be heading down to Miami Jan 1-4. I wish I was going to the Carolina game, but from what i understand, Shreveport is basically nothing in the middle of nothing. Not the best place to go for a Bowl Game. Anyone remember the Snow Bowl of 2000?

    The SC/Texas game should be an excellent game, though something tells me that one side is going to end up running away with it. And I think it's going to be SC. Mack Brown doesn't know how to show up.

    The best game of this bowl season will be Notre Dame/Ohio State. Two great teams that I think will produce a classic college football games. If there was a college football playoff, one of these two teams would be champion. Hawk is as good on defense as Reggie Bush is on offense. If they were undefeated he would be in the to three for the heisman.

    Don't feel bad!

    The UCLA sports program is the best in the entire United States, because
    UCLA has the most NCAA National championships as a whole sports program, thats a fact!

    Remember UCLA is not really a football school it's a basketball school with 11 NCAA titles in Basketball. USC has no national championships in basketball.

    UCLA is the true sports University in Los Angeles.

    There are some great matchups, no question about it and yes, the Ducks get no respect. So they need to win big in a blow out.

    Interesting how two losses on both sides of the ball gets OSU and Domers the best game of the bowl season. (Despite being beaten at home by two other bowl bound teams...) So malorn must be from, oh,.... "midwest guy." The cats in Lafayette were saying Arkie state and S. Miss is going to be the best game..... Anybody wants to watch their teams play, but not necessarily making it the best game, I'm just stoked that my team IS playing in the best bowl game of the season.
    And OSU is going to beat the Domers by more than 10. Not hating on ND, but they are too often fueled by high expectaions to let down in the end.

    Just wanted to revive this thread as many of the games are wrapped up and some biggies yet to come.

    South Carolina laid down and died against Mizzou today--what's up with that Danny?
    LSU's spanking Miami (as I predicted) at half-time....still another half to play.
