Tire/Wheel Calculators

    This one will handle Wheel (Rim) changes as well, and will give you clearances if you change offest, which is nice.

    For the record, Stock US Prius wheels are 15 inch diameter, 6 inch width, 45mm positive offset.

    Thanks for the links. I was just about to search for one. I usually end up using the Miata page one, but that first one is MUCH better.

    Tempus, do you know what is the widest we can go, I'm geting 18" rims but most common tires are 225/40/18 but somewhere I heard 215 might be the widest we can go. you have any info. Thanks...

    I'm afraid I don't know the clearances on the Prius. The Tire/Wheel calculator I linked to will give you the change for your proposed wheel/tire combo, but if that will bump up against the wheel well I couldn't say.

    I know the Tire Rack guys made a list of wheels that were accetable and they might know.
