1st in nashville

well, i did it. im going to get the 1st c to come to good ole nashville. it will be the model three and will be black sand pearl. should arrive monday or tuesday. believe it or not this is my 4th prius . i am not a greenie(no offense) i have a harley and a benz. i just love the technology and mileage. to me it is just light years ahead of just about anything else

netclub they have 2 cs coming in. im only dealing with a guy named don lott. he is very thorough and will call you back. mention me. act fast. the other one i believe is a grey model four. it will arrive next week. not everyone is as knowledgable as don. not really a plug for him, or maybe it is. he has been outstanding for me

 

not counting taxes and crap im paying 22199. i think that may be 500 off or right at sticker.

 

still keeping my fingers crossed it arrives monday and i can pick it up tuesday. ive tentativly name him "shorty". hoping its at least a tiny bit bigger than yaris. also, quietly hacked that the advertising seems to say its for young folks etc. well, im 67 and i dont give a damn about that agism crap. lift weights, work everyday, ride a harley etc . please... no age crap.:rockon: oooops venting. i am not a victim of anything except of my own doing.
i hope i remember to bring my camera. also, will look at the wheels to see if they will look better without hupcaps. i will also be able to answer the question as to their color. remember, this is a three. oh, let me know if you have any questions i can address when i pick up the car. ill do my best to answer them.

it here its here (kind of)! just got a message that my car has arrived and that don lott will deliver it to me in the am. great news. the truck had been about 2 days late. since i cant go to the dealers he will bring it by! will give a full report and try to take pics asap. unfortunately the weather in the morning is supposed to be rainy, thundery etc. stay tuned

very very first impressions with only 5 or 10 miles. well, my great salesperson, don lott, delivered the c to my house while i was at work. raining cats and dogs and his day off. when i got home ran out and jumped in . still raining cats and dogs. went to my favorite joint. stiff ride but very pleasant. no mushiness like my regular prii had. quick acceleration to a point. pretty quiet. radio etc very complicated or needing more study by me. sound system better than hoped. no big thrill but nice.seats thin but comfy. great small back support. good vision forward. not so good out back window. i will be removing those huge back rests from the rear seats asap. i never carry anyone in the back and the blockage of rear window is more than significant.
not pics from me yet because of weather. however my salesguy did take pics and will post.
sunday im taking a nice ride up into rural tenn including flat, extreme curvy and slightly mountaneous terrain. i will give a very detailed report complete with pics.
car size small but looks bigger than yaris. VERY roomy in front. cute but cool
