Super Nintendo in Prius - almost there

    Hi Eflier,

    Thanks so much for the quick response - do I need to put a capacitor on the H/V sync as well, or just the R,G and B pins?

    Your referenced web site says the RGB O/Ps have a DC offset which means they are coming direct from a transistor which is why they need a coupling capacitor. But as the Sync doesn't have a DC offset, it probably doesn't need a cap. But heh, it can't do any harm to try one there too. Go for it! Did you try the composite video pin instead of composite sync? Even if the picture was very dim with the RGB not AC coupled, it should still have locked steadily.

    Dont get me wrong, Im a crazy gamer.... but still, SNES In the prius ?? why !!

    It reminds me of the people emulataing old windows and mac OS's on their PSP. lolz

    still, I see the fun of the challenge :) good luck !!
