I would too but it depends on pricing. At $250 it is very very steep. I'd jump on one if it's sub $200.

I would be interested in getting on the group buy for the carbon fiber finish, but only if they remove that stupid Electronic Shift Switch for Prius lettering.

And I would love to see Toyota put the shifter switch on the steering wheel --- much like the touch displays for the other controls already there.

If it's in the $200 neighborhood I'd be in for the group buy (carbon fiber version).

Voted for carbon fiber+blue, but it seems the gun metal is leading at this point. I'd take either.

I like it. The button eshifter should have came with the car. It's much better looking flows better with the rest of the layout. Keep your spare joystick shifter in the car just in case this aftermarket one is not reliable and malfunctions while you're on the road.

I'd go with gun metal / grn illumination to match the other grn buttons.

I wish they'd make that carbon fiber one (the glossy finish) in a dash kit, also, to match the electronic shifter, then the whole dash would really stand out!

Most electronics doesn't understand this 'at the same time' you are talking about. A computer can probably do a million calculations in between events you consider simultaneous. True, that switches bounce, and latches sometimes don't, but at worst that means you got a random choice of the two.
