Why "debadge" your Prius?

    My '05 (which didn't come with the word "Hybrid" on the front fenders) now only has the Toyota emblem on the hood and hatch. I removed all the others. It makes the car easier to wash and wax and IMO looks cleaner too. I am pretty sure nobody is confusing a Prius for anything else and I already know what it is I drive.

    I just think badges all over the car give it a cluttered look.

    Both my logos and the hybrid badges on the front fenders have positioning holes.

    I removed the "Toyota" so I could fit on my mythosaur skull. If those hybrid badges on the fenders didn't have holes they would also have been gone a long time ago...

    Doc, your car is over the top. I love it. No trekkie but I can appreciate the work as well as how well the base car works with all the theming; it all fits together nicely.

    I was reading your site a year or two ago and stumbled into this page Zhang Heng Informational Flyer and seeing the prius along with the other star trek vehicles made my day.
