Thanks! The raw file was converted through Lightroom with your typical curves, color correction, sharpening, etc needed for all raw files, but nothing fancy.
This one was my favorite and taken with a cheap Voigtlander lens. Only thing I added was a vignette in the corners.

So I compared the clay bar/waxed-side of the brand new car to the other side, and there's definitely a big difference! The side without the clay bar feels rough and gritty. I don't know what role the wax played in that, but I'm sure the glassy-smoothness came from the clay bar, which wasn't difficult to use. Waxing is more work than clay bar.

I'd say claying is one of the more gratifying detailing processes, particularly when it comes the feel of the surface before and after.

Another beauty! I guess I should start saving up for a Leica M9! :D

So how does everyone feel about Rejex? I'm thinking of putting something on my car to protect it as well and I have read lots of good things about Rejex but no one in this thread seems to particularly think of it since no one has really mentioned it besides Yeldogt.

In other threads people ahve used Rejex and liked it. In the end, MANY of these products are great and work pretty much damned near the same to each other.
