HEY THERE PRIUS CHAT FOLKS !!!

Many many thanks to the folks at Toyota Motor Corporation for allowing me to test drive the latest addition to the Prius Family ... The Prius C !!!

I have been fortunate to have been able to test drive :

    The Prius PHV
    The Prius Performance Plus
    The Prius v
    and finally ...
    The Prius c !!!

I was also fortunate to have the Prius c available for the "Industry Event / Prius c Welcome" Event that I hosted at the Toyota Museum on April 28, 2012 in Torrance, Southern California.

With an amazing attendance at the event along with Scion, Toyota, and Lexus owners and enthusiasts, along with selected Automotive Industry professionals we all had the first hand opportunity to see the Prius c in person and learn more about this amazing vehicle during the presentation !!!

Below is a link to that event :

    Overall Evaluation :

I must say that I am very impressed with the Prius c. I was able to test drive the Prius c - Model 4. Having this vehicle for the weekend was a joy to drive. The gas mileage estimating at 53mpg city driving was achievable. The ride of the Prius c was very comfortable on both city and freeway surfaces. Long driving in the seats were very comfortable and supportive for the lumbar region. The seat material and design didn't fatigue my back and didn't become hot and uncomfortable. The amenities such as the Entune package, and the display screens were easily viewable and accessable. I am happy that the Touch Tracer display feature continued onto this vehicle for safety. The USB connection for the iPod was easily in view and in a great location. I was very happy with both the legroom and headroom zones. With me standing at 5'9" and my friend at 6'1" we were both very comfortable. Storage space was expected on this size vehicle. We both had our medium size luggages within. The pickup of the Prius c allowed us to jump onto the freeway and merge into traffic with no problem The exterior design did turn some heads around town and received positive praise from passers by and folks around town.

Overall I am very impressed with the Prius c. I wouldn't hesitate to own one myself.

Again many thanks to the folks at Toyota Motor Corporation for allowing me to have the opportunity to have a thorough evaluation of the Prius c and allow it to be presented at the Toyota Museum - Industry Day and Prius c Welcome event that I hosted on April 28, 2012 !!!

    Thanks!

So what determines whether you get the blue strip on the dashboard? cloth vs. SofTex? interior colour?
