    I just checked the site of the dealer I bought my Prius from and they have 7 PIP's.

    hybridcars.com report 1,654 sold in April 2012. Toyota Motor Sales USA are only reporting sales of the Prius family as a whole: the total sales of the standard liftback, the c, the v and the plug-in.

    That site page stats are wacked.

    Is there really 2013 models on the lots already? jeez.

    And then the 2012 boxster.....250 days on the lot!
    darn. that sucks.
    Glad I got the C and 3G when I did, ahh

    Was wanting to check out the plug in but they said not in PA at the time.
    I sure could have got one. maybe next time

    This past week the big Toyota dealer site had 4 base PiPs listed, all about 33k +. Previously they had one and to call for pricing!

    With many car manufacturers (Toyota included, I believe), any new car arriving at the dealership (spoken for or not) automatically gets added to their web inventory. As they sell the cars, they need to remove them from their web inventory. So it could be they received 7 and sold many or all, but haven't yet updated their web inventory.

    I just bought mine last Saturday (and i'm LOVING it btw). The dealer said they had a waiting list prior to the general release. When I went they have 4 Plug-In modles, when I went back a few days later there was only 1 left. They can't keep them in stock enough. Then again I live in S. Cali. so the Prius family is very very popular here.

    The green sticker is driving (lol) sales of PiP and Volt in California. In the coming months, it will be interesting to see how the PiP/Volt sales battle plays out, now that the pre-orders have all been delivered.

    selling great here!

    I still have a few here (although that's saying a lot, since I get them allocated quite a few at a time... but even so they feel as if they are trickling in...) in the next 4 weeks I have 20 coming, of which 3 are already spoken for... so far!

    I guess if someone's not finding what they want either in or out of state, give me a shout!

    I think Toyota only planned on 5,000 for the year, and pre-orders gobbled up half of that already.
