The 3M film is literally that: an adhesive clear film used to make "clear bras" and the like.
You can buy small rolls under the "Trimbrite" name in some mass-market auto parts stores, or buy on eBay or Amazon.

Of course it's your call. Mudflaps will tend to have a small negative effect on your fuel efficiency. Check out related threads on ecomodder.com. For me, I only want to make changes to my Pc3 that improve FE, handling or looks without degrading the other two areas.

So on thursday i am starting my project to paint the mudflaps.
I have the sand paper , bracelona red paint, and clear coat.
So I guess the 1st step would be sanding > cleaning >OEM paint >clear coat > drying 12 hrs > OEM paint > clear coat > dry > install.
Please correct me if any of the things are missing ^ up here ... I am not a pro but this is just my collective knowledge about the painting job.
Any suggestions would be recommended ... but please before I start my work
    Thanks
