I haven't seen this discussion here, so I signed up just to share my experience.

I have a 2007 Prius with the GEN05 nac system.
    I bought a 10.1 U35 nav DVD on eBay.
I installed it in the Prius and it worked fine.
One benefit was that the "I Agree" screen was no longer there when pressing "Map".
But I didn't think it was worth the price, so I put the old DVD back in and re-sold the new one on Ebay.

Now, even with the old DVD reinstalled, the "I Agree" screen is GONE!

SO, find the cheapest 10.1 U35 disk on eBay, buy it, install it, remove it, and re-sell it on eBay as "new- other". You will get rid of the "I Agree" screen AND make a few bucks!

I love my Prius. This forum is great! This is my contribution. Thanks for listening.

From what I see 10.1 is u25, not 35 unless you mean v11.1.
Can you confirm which version you have.
    Thanks,

Interestingly, you can actually skip a few steps. If you get ahold of an ISO of the version 10 disk, you can burn it, and plop it in your 07 prius. The disk won't work (it'll give read errors), but it will work enough to load the new boot info, which removes the "I Agree" screen. You can then take it back out and put the original back, and viola.

Now, as for how this fairs legally, I have no clue. Since you're not actually using the new maps... YYJ, YMMV. =)
