I have a 2010 Gen III Prius recently out of warranty, 40K miles. I would like recommendations on purchasing a service manual for DIY. I did several searches, and looked everywhere I could think this info might reside. I'm new to the PriusChat - sorry if I'm recycling an old request, but would appreciate insight from old hands to avoid buying a poor manual. Thanks.
Don't worry - I sent you a PM (conversation in new forum) with link to download. It is a PDf document.
Does the 2012 have a different manual? I've had a hard time finding one for a 2012 but perhaps that is because it is the same as the 2010?
The 2010 Prius is not significantly different from the 2012. I have only found online user manuals for them other than getting a subscription to the Toyota documentation site. JeffD
Could you share the link for their documentation site please? It might be worth it as long as the price isn't too high.
TIS Toyota - Technical Information Service There is a low cost, short term subscription fee (2 days for $15) and you then do a bulk download of all relevant materials. JeffD
I know it's been a few years. Any chance you still have that manual and would be willing to share a link? Thank you.
Which one are you looking for, for the Prius v? Not sure if there's a pdf of that one. 2nd, 3rd and 4th gen Prius, yes; let me know.
