    I was shocked when I took the hubcaps off. I've never had black wheels before, and now I'm quite fond of them.

    Never say never when it comes to modding lol. ;)

    Besides, technically, you already did two other things that I can see besides the tinting. Removed the wheel covers and added center caps. :p

    Well the center caps were just some 1.5" electrical conduit plugs I had in the garage. So I didn't really consider that. Guess it was meant in the 'laying out money' mod sense.

    Great looking tint job....I got mine tinted as well as soon as I got the car. Except by law here in Montreal, the front can be tinted to only 70% light transmission or more.....so limited my choice for the rear just so rat it doesn't look too awkward.....did 70% front, 30% back and 20% for the rear window.

    I've built my share of cars including a 600 whp cobalt, twin turbo GTOand the like. This one is just a car. Gonna drive it. Spend the extra money on my son.

    Carolina requires 35% all the way around, but I 'chanced' it and did the little windows and the lower hatch window 5%

    Wow 5% is sick!!! looks amazing. How do you find it at night though? Is it excessively dark? particularly when you try to parallel park or something like that or is it still ok?

    I can't even see out of those little windows. I'm talking about the ones in front of the driver and passenger windows, as well as the little ones behind the rear seats. The lower one on the hatch is about useless to me too, as my little mans stuff is attached to the headrests

    Step 1: buy 8 ball (sorry had to be a smartass)
    Step 2: using 3/16 drill in a drill press, drilled about 1/2 way into the ball
    Step 3: using a 6 by 1 tap, tap the hole
    Step 3: install and enjoy
