'07 Prius Navigation Screen Will Not Work

    My Prius Navigation Sceen/Climate Control/Info screen will not respond to touch input. When I try to input anything, when I tough the screen, buttons to right of where I am touching come up. For example, on the info screen, when trying to go to the settings screen, all I get is the numeral zero.
    Anyone have a suggestion/fix?

    Sounds like the same problem I'm having with my 07 -unfortunately, I don't have a suggestion or fix for you, just share your frustration. MFD problems seem to be coming up a lot on prius chat boards, even in relatively new models with lower mileage - not a good sign.

    Just an update on this - turns out I had to replace the entire unit, to the tune of about $1600. Doesn't seem right that a major system like this would go out on a 5 year old car with only 30K miles on it. I was advised if they ever issue a recall on these MFDs, I would be able to get a refund for the cost of replacement.
