Can someone tell me what this part is called and where to buy one?

I just picked up a used 2007 last night. My 2nd Prius, and I really like it so far (had an 05 before). However, there are a few issues with the car, the main one being that the carpet-covered plastic piece where I rest my left arm while driving has a large hole underneath the carpet, so when I put my elbow down there is no support at all. It feel like the plastic is still IN there but is just bent down, so I may try to just fix it... or I may just buy a replacement part. How easy is that piece to remove? Where can I buy a new one? I tried searching for "2007 prius driver door arm rest" but was pretty unsuccessful. Can one of you maybe point me in the right direction?

It seems like the plastic under the carpet it is part of the whole inside door, not an easy or cheap replacement. It is called the 'door trim panel'.

Might be possible to purchase a used door trim panel for $200 - $300. Try autobeyours.com

Toyota sells it with the whole panel. Part number: 67620-47120-C0 $727.10. There is no way I would buy a new one, I would try fixing it or getting a used one.

Thanks for the replies, guys! I also got a quote for $198 for the part from AutoBeYours.com, which seems like it may be the cheapest. Gonna try just fixing it with some duck tape first, so when I get home tonight I'll start trying to take apart the door. I did some searching on the forum here, and found a link to a PDF that had instructions for how to disassemble the door so that you can replace the speaker. However, the link was broken! Don't suppose any of you fine folks would happen to have it?

OK, so I... fixed it. We'll see how long it lasts. I put it back together, and the part that broke is slightly higher but it feels very firm when I put my elbow down. It's dark, but I'll try and take some pictures tomorrow.

I used epoxy, let it dry for about an hour, then came up with this... solution. It feels good, but time will tell.
