    hello,

just wanted to get ppls take on the weathertech vs husky cargo liner. For those who have either, can you comment on what you like/dont like.

ultimately i am looking for a nice liner that has a decent sized lip.

I have a Husky Liner. It is nice and soft and has a good lip. You have to cut out for the cargo net hooks, which lazy as I am, (and not good with knives,) don't like too much.

I just got a black weathertech one. It fits perfectly, and is already notched around the cargo tie downs so no cutting needed. Seems really well made. I will post pictures when I get a chance. I would highly recommend it. Also its made in the US which is nice.

Here are the photos I promised. As you can see, it fits so well it looks like it came with the car.

Thank you for the Pictures. I have a large lovable Shiloh Shepherd that will be almost as big as a great dane when he grows up so I want to lay the back seats down so he has more room. any suggestions for a liner or protector for the backs of the seats and limit hair getting under them? and a way to deal with the gap between the cargo section and the seats when they are down?

I ordered the WeatherTech's tonight. Had on my 07 TCH and loved them. Looks like their fit is just as good on the v.

I decided that I would rather have an extra $40.00 in my pocket than donating it to Weathertech. I have owned both brands and they really are very similar in quality, durability, fit and finish. I picked up the Husky for a little over $60.00 shipped. Weather tech wanted over $100.00. The husky fits just as perfectly as the Weathertech does and, if you want to make cut outs for the hook rings, the areas are per marked and indented. I chose not to do this because it would reduce the height of the lip (this was a concern with the Weathertech...the scalloped areas around the hooks reduce the height of the usable lip). Even without the cut outs, the hook rings are still accessible.

I bought the light gray WeatherTech from the dealer and asked for the "new owner" discount and paid no shipping. I had had something similar in my Honda CRV and it kept the original light tan carpet pristine. What I liked about it was when something leaked, I'd just remove it and hose it off outside the car. After 9 years it was good as new. I anticipate this will be too (Bought the floor mats too in the most protective form. They fit great.)

Sorry it took so long, but went to the car today because I'm contemplating getting new wheels. Opened up the trunk to research whether I should opt to try a full size spare or remove the spare and run runflats, and got too lazy to remove everything to take a look at the spare. While I was there I took a few shots of the Husky Liner for anyone's reference...
