Entune Triffic Stopped Working

    The last two days my non-HDD Entune traffic (on the map) stopped showing. :mad: Other apps, like weather and stocks are ok.

    Any others with the same problem, or is it just me?

    Entune traffic is good for 3 years. I bought my car at the beginning of March. Entune traffic was working last week.

    At least the problem is not just mine. Seems like the freeway condition on the maps goes out at times. Wonder if Toyota is aware, and if not, how to let them know.

    Now if i can only spell traffic correctly in the topic heading.

    The three months is for the more expensive, HDD model. Us peons get freeway condition on the map via cellphone on entune.

    The high end model has a 3 month free data plan. Not that problem for the low end model.

    Oh thank goodness! I thought it was just me. Mine is showing no traffic. It was fine the day before yesterday. Now, nothing! I reloaded the Entune software on my iPhone and rebooted the display with no results. Anyone have any idea why the heck is going on with Entune traffic? Thanks.

    There was a problem like this a few months ago, and it just worked itself out after a few days. Wait and see. I'm using my iPhone traffic in the meantime.

    I began having the same problem last weekend (July 20-22). Initially, I had no traffic overlay on the navigation map, but I could still see a list of traffic issues in the Entune Traffic app. I called Toyota Entune support on Monday, July 23 and worked with them for over an hour. Supposedly this is only a problem with the iPhone. First we tried setting the DUN/PAN options in the Bluetooth settings with no resolution to the problem. Then we deleted and reloaded Entune on my iPhone, with no resolution to the problem. Not only did the problem not get fixed, I no longer get a list of Traffic issues from the Entune Traffic app. I logged an incident number with the Toyota Entune support group and will try to talk to them tonight to see if they have any updated information. I will post any additional information that I get.

    Mine to, when I first tried it it didn't work. Played aound with it for awhile then noticed it was working. Who knows????

    Mine's been out for several days also, including this morning...grrrr hit major traffic. I use an Android so it can't have anything to do with the iPhone. Hoping it works on the way home today!

    Toyota Care/Entunes called me back and said the Traffic app was down for 48 hours and is back up. It's cool they called me back. :)

    More like 84 hours. I noticed it down on Sunday July 22, 2012. Came back online around 12:00 noon today
