The Armrest on the Drivers side is cracked, just behind the handle (or coinholder). Would it be necessary to replace the whole door panel, or is the armrest a separate piece that I can replace?

It should be a seperate piece. No need to change the whole one. Find one in junk yard.

My driver's door armrest wore out under warranty, the fuzzy stuff wore down. They could not replace just the armrest, they had to order and replace the entire door panel. A new one was something like $700 so look for one from a salvage yard!

Our fuzzy material is quite worn down too. I was wondering how we were going to deal with this situation. We have an '05 and an '07.

Same thing happened to mine. I took the door panel off, used some epoxy to put the plastic back together, then reinforced it with this: http://i.imgur.com/m9JjD.jpg

Totally redneck fix, but it works. The entire plastic piece on the interior door is one piece, it costs about $700 new or $250 used. This was much cheaper.
