I have a weird hunch that my odometer is not accurate

I have a certified used 2011 Prius 1 and I am very suspicious of my odometer. According to it, I have put in 900++ miles since I bought it last June 30. This doesn't seem much to some but I live 3 minutes from my job and havent been on any long trips in the month that I have her. Longest I've driven on her on a weekend would be 50 mile trip. I thought I was just being paranoid but last night I noted that odometer said my trip was 20 miles. When I googled the distance between the 2 places, its a 13 mile trip. Has anybody else had this problem?

Check it against mile markers on the interstate. They're usually every tenth mile.

Or check against GPS. If you don't have one, see if there is one in your phone or borrow one.
Since there are legal issues with inaccurate odometer readings, they are usually pretty close.
One thing that throws them off is replacement wheels and/or tires. The diameter can be significantly different than OEM. But still, you're typically talking about a difference of ~10%.

OTOH, look on the bright side. If your odometer is that far off, your car has far fewer miles on it than you thought! :D

20 km is 12.4 miles, which matches up with your 20 & 13 difference. See the little km/h:MPH button. But if you are set to kilometers/hour, your speedometer would show 100 when you are actually going 60 mph!

I just tried the mph/kph button on my 2011 two and it only changes the speedometer. The odometer stays on miles.
I don't know what part of the world you are at, but could your Prius be from a country that uses kilometers, such as Canada?

If so, the fuel consumption displays should make no sense to an ordinary American. The CONS figure should have a single digit left of the decimal point, not two digits, and show l/km, not mpg. The 'thermometer-style' consumption scale should rise during hard acceleration, and fall to zero while gliding and coasting.
