2012 Toyota Prius C | WeatherTech FloorLiner - car floor mats liner, floor tray protects and lines the floor of truck and SUV carpeting from mud, snow, water and dirt | WeatherTech.com $99.95 Looks like it's just available for the 1st row now. Still, cool. I don't have a C yet, but I am interested, and this would probably be the way I'd go vs. the Toyota all-weather mats. Any thoughts on the Toyota all-weather mats? I haven't seen them in person.
Not ready to buy yet. My '98 Civic is running just fine. I just love researching a possible next car. I'm also kind of hoping they do something about the lack of lumbar support in the C in the future. I have a back pillow that I use in my Civic now, but I'd like to not have to use one. Not a deal breaker, but that would be nice.
I have the OEM Toyota all-weather mats and I don't care for them. They are rather thin and the only one that stays in place is the drivers side since it has the anchors to hold it there. They do look nice but I'm considering the WeatherTech's but I'd like to see a picture of them in the C first rather than the generic pic they use. SGH-T989 ? 2
I'm anxiously waiting for these mats and for Thule to make a roof rack so I can get my kayak to the lake.
I lie how they look. I have the factory carpeted mats and they are nice too. If I every wear them out I'll get the WeatherTechs.
I may order a set in black. I have them in my Tacoma and love em. Very durable and keep the carpet spotless. Easy to clean, spray and wipe clean. The fit is perfect.
Get the after market ones in your link. The Toyota ones slide around (no anchor except for the drivers), they're thin, and they aren't molded to fit the floor... like they're designed to fit in the walls that surround them, but the floor isn't always flat underneath and they don't sit right on top of an uneven floor. Just placed my order for a front set of weather techs from weather tech. Iwas told by the customer service rep that they actually have (30) sets for the Prius C on the shelf ready to ship. They should arrive 5 days. I will post pics on fit. I presently have a front and rear set in my Tacoma double cab and really like them! they fit perfect. Especially nice on rainy or snowy days, no wet musty carpet. Pricey at 117.00 shipped, worth it IMHO if you plan to keep your vehicle long term. They clean up very easily. For what it's worth.
Thanks Sean, I originally wanted these when I bought the car, so I was waiting. I ordered them. Coincidentally I now have the original carpet mats and also the first row OEM weather mats (rubber)available for sale if anyone is interested?
There is a post on these in the accessories and modifications threads. They look great. I ordered a pair (digifit floor liners) for the front and they should arrive tomorrow. I don't really like the all weather stock mats that came with the car
my weathertech floor liners (black) arrived today. They fit perfectly and I am really happy with them. I was a little worried after reading the Amazon reviews of weathertech. I ordered them on Saturday and they got here in just a few days.
Mine arrived yesterday and I'm really pleased with them too. When I saw the huge box on the porch I thought they would be too big - but they fit perfectly. They do get some mixed reviews on Amazon though. For a lot of vehicles they get 4 or 5 stars, but for others they get less. I have read about them for several years on multiple car forums and while there are some mixed reviews people mostly seemed to be pleased...when SILVERCwSUN was happy with the fit in his C I decided to go for it. I'm glad I did - thanks SILVERCwSUN!
Just ordered a set from Servco Leeward. Would have ordered online but the shipping to Hawaii was a deal breaker. Thanks to SILVERCwSUN (your picture - shown below - convinced me to get the liners) - and all the others who posted info about the WeatherTech liners.
