Need help understanding my new Plug in

    if you put the climate control system in "auto" mode it will adjust all the settings for you automatically. If you start adjusting the settings yourself that will take it out of auto mode.

    thanks, that's what i thought. someone above mentioned it is different in eco vs non eco.

    if you change a setting and auto light goes off, does it still use temp set to adjust coldness?

    Nope. One model. With i think only leather, boot (trunk) scuff thingy and some chrome stuff as the separate three optional extras. Very poor.

    I wonder why anyone would buy a regular 2o12 five Prius and not spend a couple more thousand and get the base plug in?

    Standard is leathers with cloth. They allow you to upgrade to full leather
