    Hi there,

Would there be anything wrong with replacing the 60/55w OEM headlamp with a 100/90w alternative?
Would there be any effect on the lens?
Would the extra heat generated affect any component?

    Regards,
    Chaps

You may need to upgrade the wiring as it may not handle the extra voltage. If you are looking for better lighting I would go with an HID system.

Here's a link to another post that describes how to swap out the bulbs, I'd recommend Philips x-treeme vision, crystal vision ultra or the night-guide all three are bright and clear. you can also aim the headlights up a little more - this will help shine more light down the road, however you want to be careful doing this as you can blind on-coming cars, and if it's too high your brights will light up the sky instead of the road.
