2010 Prius Hood protector

    Dealer gave me a free Hood Protector/Deflector for the car. No Instructions included. Anyone have a PDF or a link to installation instructions. The Toyota Canada part # is PU50047101.

    Can anyone assist please?

    Usually not too complicated. Mount the hood clips and attach hood deflector to clips.

    Well I figured it out. Instructions would have made life easier. Small plastic pads on outside holes. Next set of holes in use the bigger metal brackets with clear tape to protect the paint. Inside holes use the bigger plastic pads and the smaller metal brackets with clear tape on end to protect hood. The bigger brackets use the expanding fasteners. The rest use the oval plastic with a set screw.

    Sorry, Just read this post.

    I still have the instructions that came with mine, I could have scaned and sent them to you.

    I have two of these for some reason. I have one on the car and three days later a second box arrived with another one in it. It was drop shipped from another vendor, when I called him he told me it was paid for by PayPal but neither he nor I could track the account back. It wasn't my account and when I called PayPal they said that the account I spoke of wasn't found in their system.

    looks like i have a back up;)
