Congrats! I heard some DTCs need several power cycles to clear. I wonder if this is the reason why it took a while for the warning lights to go away. Or was there some last change/fix that did it (for example shutting the hatchback tight or charging the HV battery up)?

I guess we will never know. Disconnecting the 12v seem to have cleared the problems (the car started) so it could have been a door/tailgate issue or as you rightly said enough power cycles.

Did you ever disconnect the battery? Post #28 seems like you never disconnected it. If not I would imagine the interlock was the problem. You may want to disconnect it for a minute to clear out the memory so that if anything new comes up you will not have any old codes in the memory.

Glad to hear that your car seems to be working and that no warning lights are on. I suggest that you take it on a longer drive before you declare victory.

For future reference, the MFD icon that shows the silhouette of a vehicle with an ! superimposed is the hybrid vehicle warning light. That warning tells you that something is wrong with the hybrid drivetrain.
