What is the 12V battery voltage?

Do the other cabin displays come up?

Not sure what the voltage is, but I swapped both batteries out of my other prius, and my other prius runs fine with those batteries..Yes the cabin displays come on..Car goes through all its start up sequences but the engine wont turn over.

There is an interlock with the shifter. Double check that it shows "P" in the shifter display. As for the safety interlock, I'll have to check my manuals. As a quick hack, also cycle the shifer through the gears and back to "P" and see if something changes.
