My transmission drain and fill was $109, so yours is close.

In three years I never have a A/C refresh, but I used two filters, About $20 I think.

My Gen 2 did not use synthetic oil and I only have 2500 miles on my v, so I can't comment on the oil change.

1 and 2 look okay, i would skip the a/c and replace the cabin filter myself. easy and takes 10 minutes.

I would get 5 quart jug of Mobil 0W20 from Wallmart for $30 and pay a Lube stop $20 to change the oil.

The cabin filter is a 5 min job you can do yourself.

The A/C is not part of scheduled maintenance. I would never touch that unless the car is not keeping cold. I have 94,000 miles on my 2010 Gen III and it is just as cold as when I bought it.

I paid a little less to have my trans flushed at 40,000 miles. I would recommend that.

Yea do the filter yourself. I buy a couple a year from the auto parts store for $12 each.
