A few days ago I had to break into the car, the thieves smashed the window and snatch the screen :-/ The result was a dead battery. After charging does not work:
    - Smart key (I must put in dock, second key don't work [why?])
    - Does not work closing / opening of the remote control (the button on door works)
    - Mirrors do not work (broken fuse)
    - No backlight board (broken fuse)
    - No ceiling lights
    - Radio dont work
    - SVC light on dashboard

I checked the external and internal fuses, two changed, but the problems are not resolved. Where could be the problem?

Holy crap! I hope this type of theft doesn't become common in the US.

So far, it hasn't yet, AFAIK.

Unfortunately, in Poland it happens :-/ Screen worth $200, Toyota repair valuation: $9800.

There are more fuses under the dash, near the lever to open the hood. I would tape off the ends of the wires sticking out first.

Today I fix the cables. Where exactly is the rest of the fuses? I found only two places (on the pictures). Screen goes two connectors (big) and two to the clock and buttons?

Those are the only two I know of. You might need to have a screen in for some of those things to work. Also, something else may have been damaged from those cables touching each other. I will try to see if I get any of those symptoms with an MFD removed. I should be replacing one on Saturday.
