You probably need to jump on the $400 set if new. I just checked my invoice and I paid $460 delivered. I called Import Tire to order my additional TPMS units (snow tire/OEM steel wheels), and he did verify that they are sold out of the Scion wheels. FYI - I ordered the TPMS from Robert @ Import tire because after I sent him the numbers on the set that are original on the car and mounted on Scion wheels, he was able to PRE - program those numbers into my new units for ease of switch summer/winter tires. They showed up yesterday. Packed perfectly, but most importantly each one was individually labelled with the number that was programmed into to the TPMS. Very professional, I was impressed.

I was in Santa Barbara just yesterday (10/18). My wife and I were taking the scenic route home from San Diego actually a silver "C" got on to 101 as we passed the ramp and right behind it was a white one. We and the white were "cut and thrusting" through traffic for quite some time. Did you get those wheels mounted yet? Got pics?

Back to the black painted stockers......for a bit. I had studded snows mounted on the steelies, and crossed the pass at Shasta two days before Christmas. WHAT at snowy trip, took us 10hr to drive 300 miles, from Bend, OR to Redding, CA. The car ran terrific! The studs kept me from having to chain-up. AND I think I now have the record for stone chips, LOL.

I just ordered the Scion wheels for my prius. What lug Nuts did you get with your wheels,...the Mag Seat with washer or Acorn Tapered or Ball Seat? I think your car looks awesome... I also have the Moon Glow. My wife of course thinks it is a waste of money to get new wheels.

    Thank You, Jim

BaWaaaa,:ROFLMAO: . Too funny! My wife asked "what's the matter with the wheels it has?" and "that's not going to change the fuel economy is it?"... must be a woman thing, and also - must be a guy thing, wanting to dress up our cars. You are going to love your Scion wheels. My wheels came in 2 Toyota boxes marked Scion. With in the box were 2 smaller boxes each containing a Scion wheel, 4 lug nuts (I think acorn) , 4 valve stems, and 1 Scion cap (per wheel).
In one of these posts an individual did an awesome job of finding a Toyota cap that fit the Scion wheel, including the Toyota part number - at a price of about $5, each. When I find that post I will forward it to you. Personally, I like the Scion caps, but that's just me.

I roughly measured these caps with the stock Scion caps that came with the wheels, and they seem to have the same clearance. These particular caps curve out so it clears the center bolts in the front. I also think the Prius Gen I caps may fit and perhaps the caps from the MR-S spyder. The Yaris caps seem to be the cheapest!

Just give the part number [PT904-52060-CC] to your local toyota parts dealer. I received mine the next day! It shouldn't cost more than $15 for all 4 caps. They're stock caps for the Yaris.

BTW - If you already installed the Scion caps, you're going to have to remove the wheels to take them off. So it's best to leave them off until you receive the stock Toyota caps!

Here is the post I was referring too, Jonathan gets all the credit for finding caps that fit.

Import Tire in Conn. has these wheels back in stock as of yesterday. I just ordered mine for $380 + shipping. Stock alloy wheels will be relegated to snows. Hopefully will mount somewhat wider tires when OEM tires give out.

Looks really nice. Looks OEM, not aftermarket "boyracer." Nice job.

Most Honda or Miata 4 bolt wheels will work and generally available on ebay or craigs list for S120 - 150 plus delivery. TPMS exrtra of course unless you transfer yours. Make sure tire shop knows you have TPMS units before they find out by mistake.
And for center caps go to ebay and choose one of the many self adhesive decals available in many sizes. They work very well for under $20 a set. Lots easier, better looking, and cheaper than getting new centercaps.

Well, I'm embarrassed to say that I asked that same question on this forum about fuel economy! I'm no woman but I bought my C because I have my other car that does not get great or even good gas mileage at all. So If I'm buying my car for the purpose of saving as much gas as I can, then saving gas is a top concern of mine. I have to say that all the Cs with rims look GREAT!! Just my two cents...
