Does the TRD rear swaybar fit the priusC?

When you buy something at a store (or dealer in this case) there is usually a warranty. Buying from a random person on a website will more than likely be as is, no returns.

    A) you can negotiate returns
    B) manufacturer warranty is unrelated to this and usually transferable.

Negotiating for a return is not a definite, it is dependent on the seller. I'd rather take my chance with the dealer.
As for a manufacturer warranty, why is it unrelated? I'm not sure about you, but if something breaks or is not up to my standards, I like to know that I can depend on the warranty if I choose to return it. I'd rather not chance it with a "maybe the warranty is transferrable".

it's unrelated because who you buy from is not always a determiner of whether you get a warranty. you said "more than likely"; i'd posit that it's the opposite. anyway, toyota's parts warranty should be fairly easy to look up and there's no need for any kind of "guesswork".

Regardless, if you were presented with two options, both the same price, but one was from some random person on a website or one from a reputable store, which would you choose? I know what I would choose.
And this is assuming that they actually follow thru and send you the part AFTER you've already paid them for the item.

I'd accept a small discount. I'd only buy in person. And keep in mind that you'd be saving sales tax as well.
Just saying, the original statement was way too categorical.

thanks for ******** all over this thread everyone. RSB sold.

warranty would have been transferred because i have the receipts and they are brand new...so it would be like you bought it at the dealer...only cheaper.
