All windows except the drivers window stopped working last night. And the front passenger window is down 2". Wouldn't ya know it before I got home it started raining. :( Stopped by a store and got a large box of cling-wrap to wrap the top of the door in plus stayed off the interstate to get home without soaking the inside but where do I start looking for the problem?
Any ideals about why the drivers window works fine but not the others. Seems they should all be on the same circuit. Everything else seems to be working fine, door locks, etc.

You have the window lock button engaged. It's near the top of the driver door button panel. When pressed, the lights on the switches for the passenger windows go out, and only the driver window switch is lit.

This reminds me of the first time I put the Prius in Park, then when I switched the shifter to Drive, it just beeped at me. I realized later that I had to press the brake, just like when I turned it on.

The window lock button is the culprit

Ummm, is the window lock on? That's the first thing that popped into my head, but I only picked up my new Prius 2 days ago, so I don't know how the window switches/locks work yet off the top of my head.

    ;D

With the window lock switch off, the lights on all the switches are on. All switches work

With the window lock switch on, the lights on all the switches are off expect for the driver's switch. Only the driver's switch works.

Did you see the replies? Check your window lockout button on the driver's side door.
