    would be interested to know if anyone has had a significant drop in dental health since getting their prius (say after a few months at least of regular driving).

    i have a theory, but would first be interested to know if ppl have experienced this

    gen 3 or gen 2 prius

    I got compleet new dental works.

    Because of The radiation from the prius hybride drive system they all are gone ......

    Not sure where this one is going, or what theory are trying to prove with this question. Are you going to control for other factors? I would expect my teeth to deteriorate with/without the Prius as I continue to age and subject my teeth to other factors which, intuitively, would cause more wear. On a side note, did you know that eating ice cream leads to drowning?

    Pancakes anyone?

    What is your theory? I got it pretty bad, maybe 2 years after getting a prius but I had also switched to a raw vegan diet(18 months at the time of dental work iirc) and wasn't flossing at all. But I am still interested in the theory.

    My teeth have actually gotten whiter; radiation kills bacteria and gingivitis that forms on your teeth!

    I find I don't need "The Little Blue Pill' anymore, and have not had a Cold or Flu since buying the Prius!

    If ten submarine patrols didn't kill them, rolling an eco-box isn't going to hurt them!

    I'm trying to figure out where this is going, but the only thing that I seem to come up with is the fact that Prius drivers spend more time gritting their teeth than the average driver, or maybe squinting from the lights of higher profile vehicles.

    Other than that?
    It's a car.
    You use them to get from point "A" to place "next."
    No mastication required. ;)

    On my last three cars my teeth have gotten yellower, my hair has fallen out, and I've gained weight. It must be the cars...

    I voted yes because I have owned the car for 4 years. I have had dental work performed in that time period. I highly doubt the dental work has anything to do with the Prius. I don't see any good science here.

    I can't decide between "Communist fluoridation" and "Last year's nuclear plant problems made my 2 year old Prius radioactive" But I suppose it could be "EMF is magnetically heating my fillings" that would be fun.

    I'm guessing it's gritting your teeth from all the driver's tailing your Prius too closely that's causing the OP's dental problems.
