Hey guys I want to upgrade my GPS data, I have a 2005 Prius and there are many new streets and neighborhoods in my area that are newly built and not showing up.

Which DVD should I use? These are the three options that I have available to me.

    2010 Prius Navigation DVD
    Prius Nav Gen5 9_1
    Toyt_Gen4_ver10.1_NA

Thank you in advance, any advice would be much appreciated!

You need to know the generation of your Nav unit. The 2010 is a Gen 6. The 2009 is a Gen 5 and I am not sure how far that goes back. Your dealer will know.

The last number designates the year, 12.1 for 2012. The NA is for North America.

You can pop out the NAV DVD and do a google search against the part number on the disc in order to determine the Gen. I have a 2005 and it is a Gen 4 NAV. Just last week I broke down and get a Gen 4 12.1 NAV upgrade DVD as mine was just too old.
