Is it possible to set my 2010 Prius IV to unlock all four doors when I use the keyless entry from the driver side?

My 2010 Lexus RX350 has a very similar control system and this is an option. However, I don't seem to be able to find where to set this on my newly acquired Prius.

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Yes, instructions are in the manual. Page 48 talks about it. hold down the lock and unlock buttons on the remote for 5 seconds while the car is off. That will toggle between driver door and all-door modes.

Still waiting on my manual from the dealer as the car did not come with one. However, this is extremely helpful, thank you! On the Lexus it was an option under Setup > Vehicle (off the top of my head) so I was looking for it there.

    Thanks again.

On my Gen 2 and Prius v, I could set this behavior myself. Your Gen 3 looks like it is a dealer setting

If it was me, I would read up on each feature and take one list to the dealer, rather than one at a time.

Edit: Paradox has better info than me.

This is a classic case of two folks trying to be helpful at the same time. You often see what appears to be 'dog piling' on someone when we all try to help at the same time.

I am doing so much looking up and documenting, that Paradox has an entire conversation while I am getting my facts straight.

I'd rather have too much information than none at all! I appreciate everybody chiming in.

Glad to see there is such an active forum for the Prius, it will make ownership that much more enjoyable.

I am proud to say that each of us, from our own perspective, is trying to help. You will see wildly different points of view, but each is describing lessons they learned. More help is a good thing! You get to sort through all the points of view for the ones that help you.
