I don't suppose there is any aftermarket weather striping or anything that can be done to make it so rolling the windows down clears them? Having to squegee the windows every morning before driving to work is a drag, also having other people comment that something is wrong with my car because rolling the windows down has no impact on the moisture on them is not cool either.

Dylan - I bought a squeegee for the same reason and also wondered why rolling the windows down didn't clear them, I guess I just never thought it was a big problem. I'd also be interested in a simple, non-intrusive alternative to my squeegee.

Just tell them the idiots at Toyota cheaped out and made a booboo, people like finding flaws on other's vehicles, it makes them feel good about theirs! lol And then say that you don't care, if that's the only flaw the C has...

I'm glad I came here to look for info about this issue. I got my Prius C only a few weeks ago and just experienced the first rain. Imagine my surprise when rolling the window down and back up changed nothing about the many beads of water stuck on it. Couldn't see crap out the window nor the side view mirrors. Now I have a squeegee, but using it with the windows closed causes the water to run down the side of the car and mix with the collected dust and leave dark streaks on the doors! Gotta say this is quite annoying.

Wow, I don't think those weatherstrips purpose is to squeegee your windows for you...most cars I've been in before my C that those weatherstrips "squeegeeed" the windows when rolled down and up, doesn't even do a great/full job at at it anyway, it would still leaves streaks and whatever that will still be a visibility hazard...

Your best bet, buy a squeegee (heck they're only a buck or so at walmart or whatever), get up 5-10min earlier than usual and prepare yourself for the day, go to your car, start the car, DON'T drive off yet, get out your squeegee, squeegee all the window condensation, then go on your way

I see all the time on the road, people driving in the morning with some or all of their windows condensed/frosted up without a care in the world b/c

    A) They're lazy
    B) They're in a rush...(still lazy, bad time management)
    C) They don't have a squeegee (poor planning)

Heck squeegees are so cheap, all manufacturers might as well just include one with every car purchase, BUT you know what, manufacturers know that people will still be humans and be lazy about squeegeeing their car before they head out, so it'd just be a waste of a squeegee anyway
