Okay so... i just want to warn people about this Clazzio dealer.
This is in reference to the dealer only, NOT the Clazzio product.
Clazzio seat cover quality is AmAzInG and i would 100% recommend them to anyone!!!!!

The dealer's site is Clazzio Seat Covers, Seat Covers. This is my experience with them...

I purchased my Clazzio seat covers from this dealer on Thursday 12/06/2012. I chose this dealer because i found an online coupon code. I purchased the in stock all black genuine leather (Prius 2012) for $404.10 shipped. I decided against a custom order because i did not want to wait the 8 to 16 weeks (yes, i know this is how long a custom order for Clazzio generally takes, not just this dealer), plus i probably would have just ordered all black with maybe gray thread anyway  . Their site advertised the in stock as "Ready to Ship Out. Shipping time is 5-7 Business Days Via UPS Ground Service Within 48 Continental States.".

On 12/10/2012 i emailed the dealer to ask if the order had shipped and, if not, could i add some seat heaters to the order so they could ship together. I received a response from the dealer, a paypal invoice for the seat heaters ($80.00), and paid for the seat heaters all that same day (12/10/2012). The dealer also told me the order would be shipped out on 12/12/2012.
On 12/12/2012 i emailed them again asking for a tracking number. I explained i wanted to track the package because i would be going out of town for the holidays and if it was going to take a week or two then i needed to let my neighbor know to keep an eye out for the package. I received no response.
On 12/18/2012 i emailed them again, again asking for a tracking number. No response.
On 12/20/2012 i called their support line but nobody picked up. I also continually checked their site for their chat availability but it was always offline.
On 12/21/2012 i emailed them yet again and, yet again, received no response.
On 12/22/2012 i called them and actually got someone on the phone!! :) The person i spoke to did not know the status of my order but said he would look into it and email me back. I never received an email.
On 01/03/2013 i emailed them yet again and explained i had no choice but to open a Paypal dispute because i had received zero response on my many emails and nobody could give me an update on my order status. At this point i was doubting the legitimacy of their business. :cautious:
On 01/06/2013 i opened my Paypal dispute.
On 01/07/2013 i received notice from the dealer that the order had been shipped. They also provided a tracking number (y).
On 01/12/2013 i received my seat covers in the mail!!! BUT, there were no seat heaters to be found o_O.
On 01/12/2013 i emailed the dealer to tell them i hadn't received the seat heaters with my order... and guess what?!?... no response.
On 01/14/2013 i escalated my dispute with Paypal. I was tired of waiting for them...
On 01/15/2013 i received a refund for the seat heaters. :(

I would have been 100% fine with receiving my seat covers on 01/12/2013 IF the dealer had simply responded to any one of my many attempts to reach them and informed me of the status of my order. As for the seat heaters, I didn't want a refund... I simply wanted the item i paid for.

Moral of the story... avoid this dealer unless you like being flat-out ignored and kept in the dark about where your $484.10 went.

I've bought several items from TRDsparks- very happy with their service and pricing.
Can you provide a link to the clazzio covers for the PIP on their site- I can't find it?
    Thanks...

I actually purchased these seat covers for my previous 2011 Prius III. I traded that car in for the PIP before I had a chance to put them on. Fit perfect on the PIP

I see them available for the 2011 line.
What colors did you choose for your PIP's seats?
    Any photos?
    Thanks...

I chose black with white stitching.. Took extra long because it was custom colors.. But worth the wait!! I also got extra fabric.. I'm having an upholstery shop do my doors.. I would do it myself but I want them to match te white stitching in my seats.. I'll try and take pics this weekend.

I was reading that there's a difference between the std Prius seat covers and the PIP seat covers due the the rear seat battery vent size & placement and a different armrest/center console in the PIP? You used Clazzio covers made for a 2011 std Prius on your 2012 PIP and didn't have issues with the above mentioned areas?

I'm not home .. Out on business.. I'll be home Friday and I'll take pics then..
Just tell trdsparks you want more fabric.. I think I asked for an extra 3 yards.. Added like 30.00 to my order.. The upholstery shop said it would be about 150.00 to get it installed the way I want it.. If I take the doors off and leave it with them.
