    Looks awesome to me. In hindsight, I should painted the trim instead of the reflector on mine. Its too cold here for me to start tearing apart the car and headlights all over :)

    Black trim might tie it together... Nah! I like the contrast. I'm doing just the opposite Chrome reflector and Black Trim - then smoked vinyl overlay. I'd like to see more pictures of your setup when the lighting is better. Looks cold and dark over there on the east coast.

    True. Its Sunny but the winds at 15-20 mph are making the windchill feel worse :( Will get some pics for you.

    Got new pair from the eBay link above. That way I'm not rushed to put them back in. I'll end up selling my current pair once I finish the project.

    The Mini H1 came in as well as the HID kit. Had to order a few more items from TRS - so I will have to wait for them to come in b4 I can mount up the H1s. Haven't decided if I want the eyeball look by painting the shroud or leaving it chrome. I really like how the chrome lens with the black trim and smoked vinyl look. Not sure if painting the shroud is a good idea or not. Hopefully will have time this week to solder up the LEDs and wrap up this project.

    Are the mini H1's bi-xenon? Meaning hi-lo beams?

    Photoshop might be a good way to check the different looks :)

    What about using reflective silver tape to make my own reflector? Cutting the shape out of this tape?

    Yes, Similar to the BI-XENON: MORIMOTO MINI H1 5.0,

    but I didn't want the foreground limiter that the 5.0 version has. This would have been a 'custom' request according to TRS so I opted for a different company.

    True, But not handy with photoshop.. hmm

    The 20,000mcd LEDs are super bright!! Can't wait to have the headlight installed. Still working on what type of parking bulb to use.

    Sweet. Looks like you're going to need a 'brighter' HID bulb to make those LEDs look dim :)
