What aftermarket accessories for your Prius C?

I haven't found any roof rack systems yet to fit the C, but am anxiously waiting to see what Yakima and Thule offer. Anyone have experience with other rack systems on their original Prius, such as Inno or Rhino?
Also, the Prius Chat Shop now has accessories 2012 Prius C Accessories as well as JuicedHybrid.com.

 

considering it's a concept vehicle, I wouldn't be surprised if it was neither.

i'm thinking the plastic itself is that color. it's definitely NOT vinyl, and it certainly doesn't look painted.

 

Not really a concept vehicle, but rather a modified production C. I'd guess the head/tail light shells are stock pieces, (with completely new internals) and have been spray tinted.

The yellow Prius c pictured was in the Tokyo Auto Show. It's a production c, but the lights are "one offs" for the show. The front spoiler, side skirts and rear are accessories found on the Japanese Aqua site. Even the blackout on the front bumper is an accessory that's available in the Japanese market. Didn't see the black roof on the site, but it looks very cool on this bright yellow c.

We need access to these Toyota parts here in the U.S.!

Back to the original topic... I am really looking at the hood shocks as they are an inexpensive upgrade and I love not having the hood prop bar anymore.

someone needs to bring in those trd items stateside. i'd totally be interested in the whole kit, minus the wheels and suspension. i can see it costing a good amount of $ though but the car looks darn good!

 

I purchased the hood deflector and the cargo net.

 

I fitted Philips Extreme Vision high beam bulbs to replace the OEM weedy bulb.
A cargo net in the boot and blacked out the front bar.
That's all I'm going to do on this car

 

I'm still waiting for roof racks, I call our local supplier each month to check. There were some Rhino ones that some people used but my supplier stated that he had heard they had slipped off so he was not prepared to fit them, even the dealer cannot say when they will be avail in Australia

 

These racks are advertised to be suitable but my local supplier will not fit them as he has heard they come off, has anyone tried them? eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d�r

 

This car has been out for a year, in the USA. I would think these accesories would start showing up here soon. I need a set of those side skirts. I am going to measure the ones on my friend's Corolla and see how much too long they are. Might find a body man that can fit them on my C.

I can't find any reference to the Prius C (or its code NHP10R) on
Rhino Rack Australia | Car Roof Racks, Roof Boxes & Bike Racks
- they do have the V though (and the Gen II and III liftback), so it might be worth giving them a call or e-mail.

 

my prius c IV is black on black, i tinted my windows limo black in the back and a slightly lighter black in the two from windows they look like if they came out of the dealer like that i have had no issues with the cops in CA at all

 

Yeah same here, I've always had my windows tinted (just not limo in the front) and I've never had any problems out here on SoCal. I already had my C tinted.

 

my first prius was the 2005 model...i bought a hitch on e-trailer.com that was made for the 2005...i installed myself...no drilling or anything...used the existing bolts under the back of the car...just used the hitch for a bike rack since i bike often...no intense hauling...just an fyi ...e-trailer sells a hitch for the prius c...
