Self checkup. Do you need the steering recall. (pictures)

    Since I've never been too happy with my local dealer I was a little reluctant to take it in for recall if the I already had the correctly hardened shaft extension. I decided that if mine was one of the type that only called for the one bolt changed, then I wasn't gonna bother.

    Today I decided to take a peek and see if my steering shaft was one of the good ones or not. Here are some photos of the job, in case anyone else is interested.

    BTW. Note that this is a right hand drive (Australian) model. So it might look a bit weird, but I'm working on the drivers side (of course).
