Hey all, my first post :)

Just picked up a 2013 Prius two. No options. I'm wondering if all of the wiring is their to add the Nav radio. If not, what is required? Thanks!

    Congrats on the new car!
It's your first post- you're new around here- so I'll save you some reading and a lot of $$..
The general consensus regarding the "Gen III Display Audio with Nav" from Toyota is um... well I'll put this politely- leaves much to be desired. Many post that it just outright sucks. I've never read of anyone actually "upgrading?" to the factory Nav after doing their due-diligence research wise.
I had a 2012 Prius Five, now I have the 2012 PIP- both use the "Gen III Display Audio with Nav" from Toyota- I was very disappointed with both. I pretty much only use the Toyota Nav for it's map display- I much prefer my Garmin GPS for actual Nav use. My Garmin is voice activated- and hardly ever misses a command unlike the Toyota system that misses many spoken commands and constantly tells me "the location for HOME has not been set" meanwhile- 30 seconds later it has no problem finding the preset HOME location.

Other thing is- Toyota charges $165 for their annual map update- for $165 you can get an aftermarket GPS with lifetime map and traffic updates.

    Thanks ny_rob :)

Good to know. I'll research it further and see what makes sense. I can use my cellphone or tether my ipad or nexus 7 to my cellphone for Nav, so I have options. But good to know people aren't happy with the Toyota nav.

Well, not everyone is unhappy with the Toyota Nav- but many here are.
Considering how much you'd have to spend (probably $500+ minimum) to add it to your Two- you can do much better with aftermarket Nav.
