Hi All, I haven't seen anything online about replacing the 2006 Toyota Prius wheel-well liner, so here's some information.

I ordered the liner by Action Crash Parts (also known as a inner fender well) from PartsGeek.com for $31.38 plus $8.95 shipping. The part number is TO1250116. I jacked up the driver side to give me more room to work. It is not necessary to remove the wheel. Next, I used Dorman - Autograde Panel Trim Retainer - GM/Ford/Chrysler body clips to secure the liner in place. These can be purchased at Advance Auto Parts (part number 963-058). Of note, the front part of the liner will tuck underneath the body. It is easier to complete this first before securing the back part of the liner. There are body screws underneath the front underside of the car as well as the rear that will help secure the panel.

I needed a passenger-side front fender liner for my 2004 and was wondering where to obtain that. The liner developed a hole after my daughter drove off a curb and impacted the front bumper. The mechanical shock of that event stressed the liner, creating a hole so the resonating chamber for the engine air intake is now visible.

Thanks for providing a referral to that vendor! An excellent price compared to Toyota MSRP of $105.45.

I received the fender liner and installed it today. I had to enlarge two of the mounting holes as the existing holes were slightly off. I also had to remove an existing bracket from the old fender liner and rivet it to the new liner. This holds two nuts used to secure the little "dam" mounted in front of the front tire.

Around 7 or 8 of the plastic fittings that secure the fender liner to the fender broke as I removed them, so I also had to buy replacements from my local dealer. After 9 years the plastic becomes brittle. The part number of the fittings is 90467-07164.

The original fender liner has a thin padded layer on top which provides some noise reduction. The aftermarket liner does not have this refinement. Can't complain though, given the low price and prompt delivery.
