    Hey folks,
So last week, my car had to go into the shop to get fixed up after a minor fender-bender. My phone (Samsung Galaxy S3 on Sprint) has been running the same apps and firmware (Jelly Bean 4.1.2 MA6 and now this evening, 4.1.2 MB1) for the last several weeks. My bluetooth was working perfectly! I had no issues when listening to Pandora hooked to the aux input of the prius. The phone would ring and I'd answer it and my conversation would go over bluetooth with the car...and then back again once the conversation was over.

I look my car in and they of course pulled the battery and I lost a majority of my settings and presets...my phone was still paired, but I found today when answering the phone (with aux jack plugged in), that the user could hear me, but I could not hear them.

I just spent two or three hours this evening, resetting everything in the car, re-pairing the devices, etc all to no avail. I'm at my wits end. My whole car experience is shot...I can't use the phone with things plugged in, can't use bluetooth, etc, etc...

Does anyone know if there's anything on the car side that might be screwing with the BT audio? In the past when I've done actual changes to my phone FW, i've had to delete the phone and reset the pairing. All would work normally again.

Bah...an application update changed some stuff. SoundAbout's dev is all over the issue and providing a workaround. Samsung should be ashamed of their audio implementation. The car, not surprisingly is NOT the issue. Carry on.
