Not having a footrest up front is my biggest complaint. Rearview mirror is too high and rear wiper is useless.
That's it, rear headrest are resting in my closet and road noise isn't bad at all, don't forget, you bought a Toyota Hybrid for little money (considering its a hybrid). You could save a pile of money by buying a Yaris.
I say, if you think getting a BMW is gonna make you happy, get one! If I go out and buy something that makes me miserable...I don't complain, I get rid of it.

Rattles and creaks of the plastic interior.
No light in the glove box, on the sun visor mirror, or above the cup holders (moving the main interior light to the middle could have made this a little better).
    Front license plate indention.
Back headrests should be all like the middle and "hide-able".
Road noise above 60mph (I came from an Audi, and the road noise is considerably louder in the Prius C. Also obviously louder than the 2013 full size Prius my friend owns).
The completely difficult to use and 3 year "free" service of the NAV head unit.
    Entune

The unacceptable range of view from the low beams.
The cheap ebay looking rice'd out taillights.
The cheap ebay looking rice'd out shift knob.

That the moon/sun roof isn't standard on the C4.
Arm rest is more like an elbow rest.
Temp knob looks like an old atari controller, and they complained about not having enough dash space.
    Headlights don't automatically turn off.

What do I like?! Not giving the amount of another car payment just to afford gas.

I posted earlier about not having mine yet.
I would like to add having to deal with the dealer! But first one still stands as I don't have it!

I notice you've posted the same thing twice in two sub-forums. I notice also that you said in your other post that you don't actually own a Prius (or "Aqua").

Since you're posting in a thread populated by people who own and drive the Prius c, perhaps you could enlighten us about your basis for this post?

Edit: Oh dear... I've now realised you're quoting the dreaded CR review. (n)

We've done that to death already.

and I've mostly shown that CR shoots their own "theories" in the foot with their own statistics.

Wind Noise - I like it. | PriusChat

Except for the scarce few who seem to be having issues, the C is not a loud car.

I posted another comment at the Consumer Reports blog a few days ago, based on the excellent showing of the C in the April car issue of the magazine. They're still being defensive, as the staffer's reply there shows.

I suspect there's too much pride involved, starting with the motivation to trash the hybrid in the first place. They're not going to admit they're wrong even when it's blindingly obvious.

If the NY Times can still stand by their Tesla piece, CR will go to their grave defending their silly Prius C review.

I'll admit, I didn't go back thru all the posts and maybe this doesn't make any sense but when you get out of the car, lock the door then retrieve items from the rear storage it unlocks the doors and you must either find your remote or walk back to the drivers door to re-lock. I wish the hatch was independant 0f the doors.

With SKS on the C3 and C4, you'll find to the right of the flat unlock button on the hatch there's a little flattened pyramid-like button which locks it again.

Well, I'm certainly glad I posted on here, thank you VERY much, so now there is nothing I dislike about my C.

;)I figured this out just 2 days ago... I was upset about having to walk to the front doors as well. Then I examined the lift as it opened and was like... hmm... I'm an idiot.

Despite being Mr "I read the US manual PDFs before picking up my car" even I didn't realise for a week or two.

I still often walk up to the front doors though... I love just giving the car a light tap to lock the doors... still hasn't got old for me. You don't have to hold your hand for as long as shown in the video. It will take the same time, so there will be a delay, but a light gentle touch will do it.

Wish they had it in stock when I bought my C2! Oh well, not so bad considering I didn't get power anything in my Jeep, having power windows & locks is luxury to me. lol

    1. The first time I shifted the car into Drive, I kept putting it in Neutral because the D N R labels do not line up with the shifter detent positions. WTH? How did that get past the design team? You get used to it but it's such an obvious mistake, it bugs.

    2. Speaking of obvious mistakes, why doesn't the Phone answer/hang-up button on the dash match the one on the steering wheel? On the dash the answer button is on the top and hang-up on the bottom, and on the steering wheel the answer button is at the bottom and hang-up at the top. Huh? No human factors engineers at Toyota?

    3. The unlock/alarm sound is just a beep of the dinky horn. It sounds really cheap. I much rather have subtle "beep" sound that other traditional Toyotas have. Is this an option thing? Better yet, I liked my old Honda remote which would go silent when you pressed and held the button.

    4. Blind spots on both sides of the car. I'm thinking of putting a wide angle mirror above the stock one.

The silver plastic on the steering wheel. It looks/feels cheap and isn't pleasant to hold onto.
