    I want to thank all the members on this site who provide all the valuable information that is shared with others.

    I had some service done on my Prius, and after reviewing some older bills I noticed these services were done before on a Toyota Recall and Warranty Repair. The services done involved changing the coolant fluids.

    I brought this to the attention of the service manager and he told me it was not necessary to replace all the fluids. I thought it was. I did some research on this site, found all the documents I needed and wrote a letter to the service manager and owner. There was no way they could dispute these documents.

    They called me today, and said they were offering me a refund.

    I have bought many cars from this dealership and after this will continue to buy cars from them. They agreed they were wrong.

    Way to go!!! It's always nice to hear this kind of feedback! There are thousands of people inputting Prius thoughts, sometimes, like in your case, they pay off!
