    That's normal for ISP's. Download speeds are always faster. The vast majority of users download way more than they upload. The ISP's physical and equipment layout accommodates this by being optimized for downloads from a few centralized locations rather than lots of uploads form many locations. This gives the most users the best performance for what the majority of them do . . . download.

    Just to weigh in regarding the Toyota Prius Repair Manual content:

    I've been a Honda customer for over 30 years, and picked up maybe 4~5 of their Shop Manual, a similar tome. Well, at least in size. But the format and content of the Honda books is light years ahead. I was really taken aback by the presentation of the Toyota book. It's stillted, cryptic, terse, uhm, running out of words, LOL.

    Hi all, I just joined this forum
    My 2004 sonata got totaled and I bought a 2011 Prius II winter grey, nice car
    The Hyundai forum admin sent out manuals to all that asked for them is it possible to set up an FTP site where all users could go to download?

    $1000 is just for the manuals. :p
    IIRC the Prius computer also talks to a special diagnostic tool
    which spews out other codes that regular ODB-II scanners don't pickup
    (e.g. anti-lock braking system computer codes)
    and yeah it comes with a premium price too. ;)
