Does anybody know hoe to replace the Front Grille Emblem of a 2010 Prius. My Prius was recently hit by flying debris thrown up from the car in font of me. It did quite a bit of damage to the hood and bumper and completely tore apart the Front Grille Emblem. I bought a new one:

but getting to the screws in the grille to replace it, is turning out to be harder than i thought. IMG_20130217_163919.jpg IMG_20130217_164021.jpg

Any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

    Thanks for your reply.

Thats what i was afraid of. Is this the only way to get at the grille? Any idea where i can get a manual for doing this. I am not very mechanical.

you can reach into the grille opening , by the hood latch ( with the hood up) and pop out the two prongs that hold it in. It should take you ten seconds to get it out.

You can either just take off the black cover under the hood and use a small screw driver to take off the emblem or you will have to remove some of the screws and tabs to remove the upper part of the front bumper. It's pretty easy to do, you might want to search the DIY horn replacement. I believe the user posted pictures of removing the emblem.
