I went around the house and put power strips on stuff that doesn't need to be on all the time and even with the PIP, my average electric bill went down $5-$6 a month. :D

Oh well, when it comes to coffee, I probably piss about $12-$1300/year on coffee. I have to have a medium frappe (Either chocolate chip or caramel) from Mcdonald every night. It comes to $365 * 3.50 = $1277.50. It is a must requirment for my 65 mile commute at midnight from work to home. Otherwise, i will fall asleep behind the wheel and can get into much bigger trouble. I go to gym 4-5 times a week and play hard in the Raquettball courts. I feel I deserve this treat of about 600 calories every night, LOL.

No disagreement here, we all have our favorite (hot and cold) beverages.... life's short- enjoy yourself ;)
On lousy winter mornings, I tell my kids I wouldn't bother getting out of bed if I couldn't have a nice hot cup of coffee..

Only heard about $4650 rebate. Is $5300 rebate for lease, or for purchase too? can you shed more lights on it?

Is that the luxury of leasing, you get to exchange it? but with a penalty?

If you want the upper hand at a dealership, have the cash in the bank first! Otherwise, you are always at the mercy of the dealer, financier and you feel as tho they are doing you a favor. Somewhere it says "Beware of the Money Lenders!".

A couple of significant earthquakes from now, the buyer could easily end up with that beachfront property. You might want to hold onto that lot for a few more generations.

Next time get what you want, leasing a Prius C
I got a 2012 left over Habenero C-2 for $17988 + Tax tag and Title, that's about $293 Purchase a month with $1500 down, the deal you got Prius C-3 for $265 a month/$4170 down including (Tax, title, registration, bank fee whatever else they charge) is horrible as you don't own the car after you dumb almost dump $14000 into the lease. You are lucky they take back the car at no cost to you!

Yes, Habenero is a great color but not everyone likes it, either you like it or you don't I got into a Prius C just because I want this the color otherwise I would never buy a Toyota or Prius.
