Where do you end up getting your fog lights and grill. It seems that might be my next investment. =]

I feel like they're like parking lights, but white in color and on the side mirrors, if that makes any sense.

Still can't afford those Rays wheels I want, so to amuse myself until I can, I plastidipped the wheel covers. I used white and then pearlizer on top - 2 cans of white and one of the pearlizer, but I have about half a can of white leftover. Kind of interesting, but not great. The final color is just slightly more silver than the BP. If I hadn't used the whole can of pearlizer, they would have been whiter, which I think I would have preferred. The nice thing is that the matte finish doesn't water spot when you wash the car. I've always wanted white wheels so this gives me a chance to try it out.

Finished the install of my custom LED mirror turn signal and puddle lights. :) The puddle lights are wired to the rear interior dome light and are controlled in the same way as the dome light operation (instant on, delayed off, etc.). :)

More info on how I did this can be found here:

Did you clay the whole thing or just certain spots? That reflection in that bottom pic looks awesome. What are you using for wax / polish?

Clayed the entire thing. I tried out the Turtle Wax Black Box stuff and it did a nice job, but the wax is literally black liquid... I'll wear gloves next time.

It's a white pilot light that is hooked up to the parking lights. Makes u more visible at night from the side.

These are what they look like:

Lesson learned: Plasti-Dip on the steering wheel does not last long. [IMG] It will eventually peel up from the constant rubbing, etc.

Why did I Plasti-Dip the steering wheel? The aftermarket steering wheel I bought was part leather and colored black/blue. The color was hideous so I threw on some extra Plast-Dip that I had around. Not only was it cheap, but I also favored the feel of the rubber texture in my hands while gripping the steering wheel.

Today I pulled the aftermarket steering wheel off. I prepped, and primed the surface. I then applied Dupli-Color Bed Armor [IMG] Feels great in the hands. Going wait 24 hours before installing it back on the race car ( [IMG] ).
