Been looking for a lower grille replacement and all I can find is the GrillCraft one. Looks like you have to take the entire lower half of the bumper off to install it.

Are there any others that can be installed on top of the existing grille?

TBH, I wouldn't pay over $15 for a new grille, nobody is going to see or know that its different, and that it's not going to make any difference to the way the car drives. Your just burning money.

Invest in something functional like Rude person's's mid chassis brace or front brace. =]

Seriously? That can be said about so many mods. Maybe the OP just doesn't like the look of the grill on his car. So he wants a different one. I see nothing wrong with that.

I would get the factory grill and ebay fogs... You could get both of those for the same price you would pay for that grill (y)

I really like mine, it was very simple to install, but I had to remove the GrillCraft emblem.

Looks cool. Did you paint it as it doesn't look black in the pic? Good thing you removed that emblem because it makes it look like a BBQ.

Yup that's the one.. or the three, depending on how you count 'em. Looks very nice imho and "yes" I realize it won't make the car get better mileage or go any faster. But to my eyes it does finish off the front end nicely.

I'd want the silver as well, the OEM one is of course black and you can't even see the bars in the grille.

Wish I didn't have to take the whole bumper off to install it but I just may spring for it anyway!

How long and miserable is the process of taking off the bumper panel?

    Thanks you guys,

It's not as bad as you think, the whole thing from start to finish took about an hour and a half.

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for the info I just may get them after all now that I know how to do it. Just got done replacing the fender liner on the left side due to damage, doing the grille will find me in the same area again.

Get out the ramps and here we go!

Oh yes... can you do the upper grilles w/o taking off the bumper or do they install from behind as well?

    Regards,

    ES44AC

Yes, they all attach from behind. Glad to help and good luck!
