Ah guess I wasn't paying attention to the picture of the back of the car. Thanks!
I'll be sur to look for any pet hairs as well.

A tow hitch may just mean a bicycle rack. That is what I use my tow hitch for.

All the recommendations above, the only thing I don't see listed and I would ask is has the combination meter been replaced under the extended warranty. That would be your speedometer and the various gauges around it that would be affected. There is a 9 year warranty extension on this and being an '05 it is close to being done. Looks nice and if it's mechanically and electrically sound I'd say it's a GREAT deal! I just bought an '05 a few months ago, $9268 after tax, tags and title but doesn't have as many bells and whistles as the one you're looking at, and had 103K miles. There are a few things to look at as mentioned but considering these cars are going over 300K miles with comparably fewer issues than many cars out there I wouldn't be too scared of it. Good luck, hope the car is great and you have a great experience with it if you buy it :) I WILL say the '05 is my second Gen 2 Prius, my first is an '09 and I still have it, after over 3 years on a mail route it has had NO problems other than the combo meter, and far less mintenance issues than any other car I've had on the mail route.
