So I use my touch screen a lot on my prius. When I do use my steering wheel controls for the radio it won't change from station settings 1-2-3. But it will change stations on station settings 1-2-3. Is it possible to use the steering wheel controls to go through all of the radio stations? This might allow me to stop using my touch screen controls so much?

Also is there a good way to clean the screen? I have a lot of fingerprints on the screen and didn't know of a way to clean it.

I'm usually NOT a huge fan of their products. But just for kicks the other day at Wal-Mart, I saw a small container of Armor-All Tech & Screen wipes. Advertised as a "Soft Wipe designed for cleaning GPS, LCD, and other Electronic Screens". So just for kicks I bought a container....15 pop up wipes.

I was impressed with how well it worked. Did a really excellent job cleaning the Prius touch screen.

I'm kind of afraid that long term it might become hard to find. So I would be interested in what everyone else uses. But if you see them, I think the Armor All product in this case is a really good product.

Use any product that is made for use with LCD screens. If you don't have anything, a soft paper towel with a drop of dishsoap and water will do the trick.

Do not use regular glass or surface cleaner on the LCD screen. Some chemicals might eat away at the screen coatings.

I've always wondered if people don't just pick up the screen protectors for a cell phone/tablet and use those on the display. For instance, I have the 7.1 Inch HDD. I believe that the Nexus 7 Tablet is 7.1 inches as well. Wouldn't I just be able to use one of the screen protectors for that and it would eliminate glare and fingerprints?

I applied a screen protector to both my LCD screen and HVAC display from a precut screen protector for a tablet. It was waaay cheaper than finding a precut version that actually fit my car :)

I applied an Antiglare film. Fingerprints are easy to see and easy enough to wipe away too.

I use a stylus from an old PDA to use on my touchscreen to avoid fingerprints. I need to try some of the Armour-All wipes though and see how they work.

For the steering wheel radio controls, on my 2010 the /\ and \/ buttons on the steering wheel scrolls through the preset stations and if you hold the buttons down until you hear a beep it will scan through all of the stations. The Mode button switches between audio sources FM -> CD -> SAT -> AM. Does your 2012 buttons work the same way?

If I press the up and down arrows it goes through the presets on set 1 if I want it to go to set two I press the right arrows. If I hold the up or down arrows it works as a seek button would normally work. I guess I am wondering is it possible to go through the sets?

I noticed that the local "Dollar Tree" sells LCD screen wipes.

Anyone brave enough to try them? I'm a little afraid to wipe my screen down with a $1.00 screen wipe.
